When you create an account, purchase sessions, or contact us, we collect: your name, email address, and account credentials. When you make a purchase, payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe — we do not store your credit card numbers on our servers.

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies, including: IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URL, and device information. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) via Google Tag Manager to collect website usage data.
Session and Learning Data
When you participate in sessions, we collect: session progress and completion status, curriculum state (which sessions you’ve completed), and enrollment records. Conversation content between you and your AI instructor is processed through Anthropic’s API and is subject to Anthropic’s Privacy Policy.
Your Files and Deliverables
Files and deliverables you create during online sessions using Claude Desktop and Cowork remain on your local computer. We do not have access to, collect, or store these files.

We use your personal information to: provide and maintain our services, process payments and manage your account, deliver curriculum and track your session progress, communicate with you about your account and sessions, improve our services and develop new features, comply with legal obligations, and protect against fraud and abuse.
