1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using sourcelabs.dev and any services provided by SourceLab AI Studios (“SourceLab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
SourceLab AI Studios provides structured, hands-on AI education through online and in-studio sessions. Our programs include instructor-guided sessions, AI-powered curriculum delivery, and related educational materials. Sessions are delivered through a combination of our web platform, third-party AI tools (including Claude Desktop and Cowork by Anthropic), and in-person facilitation.
3. Accounts and Registration
To purchase sessions or access course content, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
4. Purchases and Payment
Sessions are available for individual purchase at $25 per session or as a full track at a discounted price. All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change with notice. You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchases.
5. Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with a session, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at info@sourcelabs.dev. Refunds are issued at our discretion. Full-track purchases may be partially refunded for unused sessions.
6. Third-Party Tools
Our programs use third-party AI tools including Claude Desktop and Cowork by Anthropic. Your use of these tools is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. SourceLab is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party tools. You are responsible for obtaining any required subscriptions or licenses for third-party tools used during sessions.
7. AI-Generated Content
Our sessions involve AI-powered instruction and AI-generated content. While we design and govern our AI instructors to provide accurate and helpful guidance, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any outputs, deliverables, or recommendations produced during sessions before using them professionally.
8. Your Content and Deliverables
You retain full ownership of all files, documents, and deliverables you create during sessions. SourceLab does not claim any ownership rights over your work product. Files created during online sessions using Cowork remain on your local computer and are not stored on our servers.
9. Intellectual Property
All SourceLab curriculum, session guides, instructional materials, brand assets, and platform code are the intellectual property of SourceLab AI Studios. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content; (c) attempt to circumvent our AI governance systems; (d) share account credentials with others; (e) resell or redistribute session access; or (f) interfere with the operation of our platform or services.
11. Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and purchase sessions. Participants under 18 may attend sessions with a parent or guardian who has created the account and accepted these terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SourceLab AI Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific session or service giving rise to the claim.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose. Career outcomes and job search results are not guaranteed.
14. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Marin County, California.
