Accelerated Source Standard
3 intensive sessions · 4 hours each · Earn SS-1, SS-2, SS-3
LLMs, providers, responsible use, chat UI navigation, hands-on build. Earn SS-1 + Project Organizer badge.
System prompts, agent charters, document grounding, advanced prompting patterns, capstone copilot. Earn SS-2 + Prompt Architect badge.
Agent anatomy, tool configuration, workflow building, testing, reliability metrics. Earn SS-3 + Agent Operator badge.
Operator Certification
4 modules · 3-4 hours each · Earn SourceLab Certified Operator
Adult learner psychology, mixed skill levels, the Frame-Demo-Build-Check-Bridge facilitation model, teaching STAR+AI.
The six audience segments, market reading, customizing capstone projects, segment-specific facilitation challenges.
Co-facilitate at least 2 live sessions at an existing SourceLab location. Run one segment independently. Get written feedback.
